Your Role
You advise client QA, IT, and management on how to validate modular and digital production systems. You define practical, risk-based approaches and develop them further as technology and regulation change.
- Build and lead our CSV & Digital Quality service line, including methods, templates, and a growing team
- Advise clients on validation strategy and risk decisions, and represent the approach in audits and inspections
- Find smart ways to validate modular plants, for example by reusing module qualification across sites
- Bring digital and AI-based tools into validation work, and help clients validate AI-based systems
- Shape our offering and help win new clients
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in CSV, qualification, or validation in a GMP environment, ideally in a lead role
- Good knowledge of GAMP 5, data integrity, and current regulatory expectations
- Experience advising QA, IT, or management, and leading projects or people
- Interest in new topics such as modular production, CSA, and AI
- A pragmatic mindset and the wish to build something new
- Fluent English; German is a plus

We combine process engineering, automation, plant design, and Manufacturing IT to deliver plug-and-produce production systems that reduce engineering effort, commissioning time, and time to market.
