Overview
As Regional Enterprise Sales Director for Industrial AI Transformation in DACH, you drive growth for Mendix and Intelligence Center X across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You’ll lead regional strategy, executive engagement and a high-performing sales team to scale enterprise AI platforms. Your work advances enterprise AI adoption from pilots to transformational programs, shaping Siemens’ Industrial AI trajectory. This role combines commercial leadership with strategic market development in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and execute the regional growth strategy for Mendix and Intelligence Center X across DACH
- Deliver sustainable ACV, ARR and new-logo growth in DACH
- Lead and develop Sales Directors, Enterprise Account Executives and cross-functional teams
- Build a data-driven sales organization with operational excellence and execution
- Establish executive reviews, forecasting discipline and performance management frameworks
- Position Intelligence Center X as the strategic Industrial AI platform for enterprise customers
- Drive executive conversations on AI, Digital Engineering, Digital Manufacturing, Digital Thread and Enterprise Transformation
- Develop strategic industry plays and AI transformation programs for multiple industries
- Expand Mendix as the preferred platform for intelligent applications, AI copilots and agent-based processes
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
- Support strategic opportunities through value-based selling and complex negotiations
- Collaborate across Siemens and partner ecosystems to accelerate AI adoption
- Develop scalable sales methodologies, playbooks and best practices across the region
- Inspire and coach diverse teams and foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture
- Build future sales leaders for Industrial AI transformation

- Proven success scaling high-growth enterprise businesses in DACH

- Deep understanding of Digital Transformation, AI, Enterprise Applications, Cloud Platforms or Industrial Software
