We are looking for you to strengthen our “Zentrale Dienste” department in Munich.

What does your daily routine look like?

• Automation of processes
• Development and optimization of monthly reporting
• Calculation and preparation of quotes
• Billing and monitoring of projects
• Oversight and management of ongoing maintenance contracts
• Support with administrative and organizational tasks
• Close collaboration with various departments

What should you bring to the role?

• Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
• Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and process automation
• You are proficient in VBA, Python, or similar programming languages
• You have excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent German skills; English skills are an advantage
• You are highly organized and characterized by strong commitment and resilience
