Ensure alignment between engineering requirements, project execution needs and supply market capabilities to deliver safe, compliant, cost-competitive and schedule-driven solutions. /pulliDefine and deploy category strategy for CSA (civil works, structural steel, buildings) /liliLead sourcing, tendering and supplier selection for CSA packages /liliDrive commercial negotiations including contracts, frameworks and pricing structures /liliPartner with Engineering, Construction and Project teams to ensure early procurement involvement /liliManage strategic supplier relationships and contractor performance /liliDrive cost optimization, benchmarking and value engineering across projects /liliEnsure risk management for construction activities (schedule, cost, HSE and supply risk) /liliEnsure compliance with GMP, EHS and construction standards /liliTranslate category strategies into project-specific sourcing and execution plans /liliMonitor contractor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliDegree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Construction) or Business. Technical background strongly preferred. /lili10–15 years experience in Procurement, Category Management or Construction sourcing /liliStrong experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences CAPEX projects /liliProven experience in CSA / construction sourcing /liliStrong track record in complex negotiations and contract management /liliExperience in large CAPEX projects (greenfield / brownfield) /liliSolid understanding of construction execution, engineering and project lifecycle /li /ulpbFluent German and English are required /b /ppWe will be transparent and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
