We are looking for a Team Lead Production / Test Engineering (m/f/d) to support our Operations area.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for an effective and efficient testing planning process, considering the requirements according to ISO 13485.
- Definition and optimization of tests along the entire production chain, starting with our module partners.
- 1st Level support for technical issues in production.
- Point of contact for 2nd Level customer support for specific fault analysis.
- Definition and execution of standard evaluations and detailed fault analyses using available IT tools.
- Deriving and implementing improvement measures.
- Leading a small interdisciplinary team.
Your profile:
- We are looking for a technician with knowledge in the design and implementation of tests in a manual manufacturing process for complex opto-mechatronic devices.
- Ability to quickly detect and resolve errors.
- Translating identified errors into test requirements for module tests.
- You work diligently and systematically, being pragmatic and solution-oriented with a high tolerance for frustration, and enjoy solving problems sustainably.
Your education:
- HTL (Technical School) with several years of professional experience and/or academic education.
- Fields of study: Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or similar, ideally with strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and optics, as well as the use of IT tools.
