- Drive new client acquisitions across German Mittelstand and enterprise accounts.
- Consult with prospective buyers to diagnose deep operational pain points and translate them into machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our technical team to design viable, high-impact AI proposals.
- Own and structure commercial proposals and navigate complex B2B sales cycles lasting 3+ months.
- Manage long-term key accounts to foster deep relationships and continuous account growth.
- Month 1: You will deeply analyze our existing reference engagements, shadow our technical teams to understand our AI capabilities, and map out your target list of Mittelstand and enterprise manufacturing accounts.
- Month 2-3: You will initiate first-touch discovery calls, lead consultative workshops with prospective clients, and begin structuring your first complex machine learning proposals.
- By end of Q1: You will have built a robust pipeline of qualified manufacturing opportunities, successfully owned multiple commercial proposals, and positioned Merantix Momentum as the go-to AI partner for your initial pipeline accounts.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, account management, or industrial consulting.
- Pre-existing network within German manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven track record closing complex consultative deals with 3+ month cycles.
- Fluent in German (C1/C2) and fluent in English with exceptional presentation skills.
- Familiar with machine learning concepts and eager to translate them to business value.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable taking complete ownership in a flat hierarchy.
