We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to become a crucial part of our legal team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our customer and sales teams in commercial negotiations and related areas to support the company’s objectives.
Your responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate complex commercial/IT contracts

Pro-active support and crucial sparring partner of the sales and customer team for all contractual matters

Identify and analyze legal risks in commercial negotiations

Monitor and analyze regulatory developments that are relevant to the company’s products and objectives

Translate complex legal matters to internal and external non-legal stakeholders
Your profile:
-
Fully qualified lawyer in DE (both state exams) or EU/UK with strong academic credentials ->

3+ years of experience at an international or boutique (IP/IT) law firm
-
Profound experience in IP/IT law, including negotiation of complex IT/software (SaaS) contracts.

Procurement Law / General Public Law (optional)

In-house experience is a clear plus

Proactively engaging in hands-on problem-solving

Tech savvy, interested in AI and related areas

Thinking-outside-the-box, creative solution seeker, and client-focused

Fluency in both English and German

International background with work experience in other countries, incl. the U.S. a plus
