Your Stellar Role

• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering and act as an interface between Business and Tech.
• Carry out and manage user research efforts, learn about the real pains of our customers, and translate insights into new features.
• Gather product feedback and analyze product usage and performance to identify trends and areas for improvements.
• Keep a close eye on current market trends and competitors and create benchmark and best-practice analyses.
• Combine business strategy and feature requirements into detailed user stories for our developers and support prioritization and creation of our roadmap.
• Establish efficient processes and structures that enhance product decision-making and drive continuous improvement in alignment with business goals.
• Take on responsibility and play a critical role in positioning Mercanis as the market leader, ensuring customers are satisfied with the product and our services in the long term.

Your profile

Your Profile Requirements

• You have 5-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Engineering, Consulting, Business Analytics, or comparable roles (ideally in the SaaS space).
• You have experience leading teams in an agile and fast-paced environment (e.g., big tech, consulting, high-growth start-ups, etc.).
• You bring previous practical experiences with digital products and software development.
• You are passionate about solving complex problems for our users and breaking them down into actionable steps.
• You are a proactive self-starter who thrives under responsibility, demonstrating exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on attitude.
• You thrive in ambiguity and don’t crack under the pressure of a demanding environment.
• You enjoy working independently and are not afraid of lots of responsibility.
• You’re business fluent in German and English.
• You have a valid work permit for Germany.
