Your tasks

• As a Strategy Consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for strategy development and implementation at Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation and in the Home of Tech.

• You will manage complex projects and topics in the areas of M&A, Strategy Design & Implementation, and/or Organizational Design & Business Processes Transformation & Growth in close coordination with the business unit strategy.

• In this context, you will develop comprehensive solution approaches, carefully examine various alternatives, make well-founded decisions, and convincingly represent them.

• You will independently manage strategic projects from conception to implementation in close collaboration with the team and the involved business streams and Home of Tech hubs.

• Additionally, you will keep an eye on success measurement and promote active change management.

Your profile

• You bring several years of professional experience in (strategy) consulting, corporate strategy, change management, or corporate transformation.

• You possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of strategy development and implementation, stakeholder management, change management, or organizational development.

• You impress with your strong communication skills and promote collaboration in a cross-functional, international team.

• You are characterized by an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions, and a self-organized working style.

• Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
