Your tasks

In your role, you are part of senior management and you are responsible for the Car Sales Forecasting & Distribution business from both a disciplinary and financial perspective.

As part of the Car Sales business stream, you work with the Business Stream Leads (m/f/d) on Purpose and Strategy and create the framework conditions for data-driven customer journeys in a uniform business and IT architecture.

In your unit, you are responsible for the targeted development of specialist and technical skills as well as capacities and continuously check the use of new technologies and innovations.

In your role, you function as an intermediary (m/f/d) between the different interests of your business partners to successfully achieve the outlined objective step by step along a clearly defined roadmap.

You are very familiar with the various business domains and sales levels in the Mercedes-Benz Sales environment and bring valuable experience as well as an extensive network of collaborations with Mercedes-Benz MS, MXDC and ITS.

With great commitment and strategic foresight, you are advancing the expansion of the Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation portfolio in the areas of Sales Planning & Forecasting and Outbound Logistics by actively working with the business partners.

You proactively develop networking within Home of Tech, promote collaboration models and cooperations in the Car Sales business stream and develop national and international strategic partnerships with internal and external partners for targeted scaling.

You are increasingly assuming responsibility for the 24/7 provision of reliable IT services and products for business-critical Mercedes-Benz sales processes while also supporting the data-driven development of new services for Mercedes-Benz AG business streams.

You promote standardization in the marketing and sales ecosystem and thus contribute significantly to the efficient digital transformation of Mercedes-Benz AG.
Your Profile

You have a degree in a technical course or have a comparable qualification.

Your passion is to create motivating and meaningful conditions and to inspire and advance your environment with a modern understanding of leadership, the will to succeed and an open personality.

You have several years of professional experience in IT-specific corporate roles, and you have extensive management experience in an international context, complemented by your enthusiasm and experience in the key topics of the Car Sales business stream.

You have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in the area of the transformation and digitalization of strategic business processes.

You have ample expertise in agile software product development as well as knowledge of methods of enterprise architecture, software engineering, BizDevSecOps, data engineering and IT security.

You have an excellent understanding of the process for entrepreneurial relationships, a wealth of ideas and a strong service orientation, and you draw yourself out through high cooperation and integration skills to balance different group and stakeholder interests.

You are characterized by strong entrepreneurial and result-oriented thinking and acting skills, coupled with high flexibility, resilience and remarkable commitment.
