Our internships are ideal for laying the foundation for a successful career in consulting or industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative strategies and concepts for clients, including executive and board compensation, leadership and employee remuneration, functional valuation, organizational structure, performance management, job architecture, and functional evaluation.Support our consultants, who work closely with CEOs and CFOs, in implementing changes for market-leading companies, such as transformation processes, IPOs, or mergers—covering incentive design, participation plans, and overall compensation strategy.Assist in strategic initiatives considering company goals and sustainability aspects alongside experienced Mercer consultants.Contribute to designing remuneration systems for top managers and support the development of HR strategies, with a focus on current trends, market practices, and financial metrics.Candidate Profile:Near completion of a Bachelor\’s or current Master\’s studies in fields like Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, or Sciences.First experience in consulting, ideally related to compensation, or relevant internships in corporate or financial environments.Interest in strategy, HR, remuneration, and finance interfaces.Strong data handling, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to develop creative solutions under guidance.Ambitious, goal-oriented, and interested in a consulting career path.Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Benefits:Part of an innovative, international consulting firm that values diversity, equality, and social engagement.Learn from top industry professionals.Modern, centrally located offices.Flexible working hours and remote work options.If you feel addressed, we look forward to your online application!
