We at Mercer Deutschland are looking for a dedicated professional to support our locations in Munich, Frankfurt, DĂĽsseldorf or Hamburg in the role of (Senior) Sales Consultant Health & Benefits (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

  • Implement our strategy by advising medium and large clients on insurance‑based benefit topics – especially statutory health insurance.
  • Independently manage customer relationships and prospects.
  • Collaborate with customers nationwide and advise on benefits for international clients within Germany.
  • Work closely with adjacent areas within Mercer Marsh Benefits, as well as Mercer and Marsh client service teams.
  • Exchange with our expert partners and jointly develop pension solutions with clients and insurers.
  • Participate in and independently steer client projects in national and international contexts.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in insurance‑based benefits, particularly statutory health insurance.
  • Independently structured and structured working style.
  • Passion for developing and selling solutions to clients & colleagues.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, initiative and client‑orientation.
  • Energy to embrace new sales and health topics.
  • Preferred studies in insurance, finance, public or international health or similar.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills.
