Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of inquiries
- Identify customer needs accurately, providing tailored information, guidance, and solutions in line with company service standards
- Log, track, and manage all customer interactions and case details within the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate internal teams, following established customer support services protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to continuously improve customer experience, service processes, and satisfaction scores
- Meet and exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Stay informed on product and service updates to provide German-speaking customers with accurate, current information at all times
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture within the customer support services environment
- Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role
- Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement)
- A good working knowledge of English to communicate effectively within an international team environment
- Previous experience in customer support services, customer care, or a related client-facing role is advantageous but not strictly required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
