This is an excellent role for individuals fluent in Czech who want to advance their career in customer service while experiencing life in a vibrant city like Athens.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support to Czech-speaking clients of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and other related issues
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
Stay updated on Booking.com's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
Requirements
Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus
No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with relocation costs covered
Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
