About Us:
Join the dynamic team at Darmstadt, Germany, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. We are committed to fostering a culture of data excellence and innovation. As a working student (all genders) in our sector data & ai office, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing data assets across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  2. Support data quality management efforts by conducting data profiling, analysis, and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data governance standards and practices.
  4. Participate in data stewardship activities, including metadata management and data cataloging.
  5. Contribute to the documentation and communication of data governance initiatives and best practices.
  6. Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops on data governance topics.
  7. Help organize and administrate community sessions.
Your Qualifications:
  1. Currently enrolled in a Master\'s degree program in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  3. Basic understanding of data governance concepts and principles.
  4. Familiarity with data management tools and technologies is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency (C1) in English is required; additional language like German or French are a plus.
