This is a newly created role for a hands‑on AI builder who is ready to move beyond experimentation and drive the industrialization of AI solutions at scale. You will be a core member of a team dedicated to identifying, designing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance operational performance and future-proof our organization. If you're excited about building real AI systems that create measurable business value — this role is for you. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, prototype, deploy, and continuously improve Agentic AI solutions and reusable orchestration frameworks (from concept to production) /li liAlign automation pipelines with business priorities while enforcing responsible AI principles and compliance standards (including GxP) /li liPartner with Data Scientists, process designers, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated and scalable solutions /li liEvaluate emerging AI technologies and empower citizen developers by actively contributing to our internal AI Community of Practice /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field /li li3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML solution development, at least 1-2 years focused on Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), or intelligent automation /li liStrong Python proficiency. Deep expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and scalable, production-grade architectures. /li liExperience in regulated industries (pharma, manufacturing) is a strong advantage /li liPreferred certifications: AI/ML Engineering, Agentic AI platforms, Cloud AI services, Agile delivery /li liStrategic Action-Oriented: Translates business challenges into practical AI solutions with a delivery-focused mindset /li liCollaborative Communicator: Easily explains complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drives cross-functional teamwork /li liCurious: Intellectually driven with a continuous learning mindset /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 pWe are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
