Your Role:

As a Working Student (all genders) – Change & Training Enablement in Sustainability, Quality & Trade Compliance, you will support a global transformation program impacting more than 20,000 employees. In close collaboration with change managers, business process experts, and cross-functional teams, you will:

• Support change management and communication by enabling Change Agents and crafting engaging internal messages
• Maintain and enhance our AI-based Chat Assistant “myFALCON” on the MyGPT platform
• Assist in training development by preparing materials for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Help coordinate interactive engagement events, including webinars, Q&As, and panel discussions
• Manage and update training trackers, documentation, and internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
• Ensure smooth operational and administrative support by tracking deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Who You Are:

• Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student, preferably in Business, Communication, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in project teams, change management, or training development is a plus
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Fast learner with an interest in digital tools, AI, and IT systems (experience with SharePoint or corporate intranet solutions preferred)
• Creative yet results-driven mindset with a structured and proactive approach
• Fluent (C1) in English, German is a plus
• Available for a minimum of 6 months, with a desire to learn and grow in a global corporate environment
