Position: Medical Content Developer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $100–$160/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 2 months

Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
• Write fluently in both Korean and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages.
• Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Korean healthcare, ensuring linguistic accuracy in clinical and professional contexts.
• Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content.
• Contribute to a structured project environment with clear goals and tools.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native-level fluency in Korean with strong written and spoken English.
• Advanced degree (MD or PhD in related healthcare field).
• 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
