We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a dynamic company operating in Switzerland and internationally.

Responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage a multidisciplinary team and work closely with all stakeholders. As part of the executive management, you will ensure the proper functioning of the accounting, finance, treasury, and cash management departments. You will guarantee the accuracy and relevance of complex financial and tax analyses. You will serve as the reference person for strategy and financial management issues to the Board of Directors. Additionally, you will provide necessary data and documentation for reporting and maintain fruitful relationships with auditors and financial partners.

Your Profile :

You hold a university degree or business school education specializing in corporate finance, with solid professional experience in financial analysis and tax treatment. You excel at interpreting complex financial data and trends and communicate effectively and simply. Your technical expertise, analytical rigor, open-mindedness, and pragmatism enable you to maintain a comprehensive overview. You possess strong interpersonal skills and focus on long-term development. Discretion and humility are among your key qualities. Likely a native French speaker, you are fluent in English and ideally German.
