Technical Manager A key, technical, and concrete role at the heart of a stimulating and future-oriented mission.

In agreement with the Director and the Gravel Pit Manager, you will ensure the technical monitoring of our noble products and take part in the development of a new recycling facility for our mission: In close collaboration with the Director and the Gravel Pit Manager, you will take responsibility for the activity of recycled products.

As a true technical reference within the company, you will be in charge of a new recycling facility from its implementation phase to its long-term development.

You will ensure the monitoring of geological reports and the quality of materials in accordance with current standards, R&D activities, as well as geotechnical aspects.

You will participate in the implementation of a testing laboratory, ensuring its proper management and monitoring.

You will develop and maintain quality relationships with the various stakeholders linked to the gravel pit, notably engineering firms, competent authorities, and environmental protection organizations.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by sharing your knowledge with the teams.

Your profile: You hold a higher technical degree, ideally in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or an equivalent field.

Your curiosity for construction materials and your marked interest in industrial processes predispose you to the world of gravel pits.

A field-oriented personality, humble and open-minded, you have a sense of responsibility as well as a taste for teamwork.

You have the ability to learn from others and to invest yourself in a human-sized structure to be part of a long-term project together.

Your technical credibility, combined with your ease of communication, allows you to exchange with varied interlocutors.
