Responsible for the attraction, retention, engagement and development of 80,000 talented people delivering outstanding party customer experience and 10,000 support and corporate people you will immerse yourself in the business in order to create practical plans rooted in evidence based analysis to ensure the organisation is creating value in how it responds to client demand, through people and technology.

As the Chief People Officer EMEA, you will be at the forefront of providing operational excellence and long-term transformation that develops and extends the value proposition of this privately owned, but not private equity owned business. Your mission : to inspire, empower, and lead our diverse workforce across EMEA. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the people strategy with ambitious growth targets, fostering an environment where creativity and innovation thrive. Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement hiring and retention strategies to meet evolving client needs.
  • Lead the development of new skills and operational effectiveness with technology and AI that adds value to clients and colleagues.
  • Lead and develop an EMEA wide people and HR team including North and South Africa and Middle East
  • Implement insightful people analytics to inform decision-making and optimize workforce management.
  • Partner with regional leaders to develop innovation and sustainable transformation.

Who You Are :

  • Proven track record of leading the people agenda for organisations with high numbers of people engaging directly with customers.
  • Attracted to working with a commercial and strategically oriented CEO.
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage analytics and technology.
  • Ability to develop talent attraction and employee engagement strategies that can create people centric transformation.
  • An influential C-Suite communicator who can inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels.
