International Sales Manager (m/f/d) Industrial Chemicals

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a talented chemical sales engineer to join the Germany based business unit for technical surfactants.
The tasks:
- Establish strong relationships with key account customers and secure continuous business.
- Expand existing client base to further countries.
- Explore and win new business in growing markets such as Asia/US.
- Close internal cooperation e.g. with product management, R&D, production, quality and customer service.
- Manage the entire sales-cycle from testing to contract negotiations with different customer contacts.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, commercial engineering or similar.
- Several years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management within the chemicals industry (OEM or supplier).
- Know-how in the field of water miscible industrial (metalworking) fluids would be a “nice to have,” but is not a must.
- A curious, proactive salesperson who combines a hunter mentality with stamina and patience and who loves to travel.
- Based in BeNeLux or Germany to be close to customers and colleagues.
- Business fluent in spoken and written German (B2) and English.
