Kubernetes Engineer (m/f/d)

Your role at MMT

• Shape a modern infrastructure setup
• Work in an agile environment (with code reviews, retrospectives and stand-ups)
• Interact closely with software and data engineers
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure to support our SaaS application
• Manage HA Kubernetes clusters
• Set up and maintain Kubernetes deployments
• Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting and ensure high availability
• Establish and maintain upgrade and release processes and incident handling
• Ensure we meet SLAs by developing and implementing auto-scaling and failover strategies to minimize the need for human intervention
• Maintain and develop disaster recovery plans
• Ensure compliance & security throughout our tech stack

What you should bring

• Long-term residency in Germany
• You have very good knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, Terraform and Helm
• You are experienced in developing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
• You are experienced in maintaining complex cloud infrastructure
• You are fluid in English (German is a plus)

• You have experience with Hetzner Cloud infrastructure
