We are looking for a CRM & Loyalty Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform to design and deliver best‑in‑class customer engagement solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading architecture, implementation, and pre‑sales activities across CRM and loyalty initiatives.
