Key Responsibilities
Oversee the engineering team in the development of scalable digitalplatforms in the CRM & Loyalty Domain
Bear responsibility for content within their field of expertise.
Exhibit recognized expertise in at least one relevant technology ortopic.
Drive interfaces to other fields, ensuring seamless collaboration andintegration.
Lead and guide teams from junior to senior levels.
Provide outstanding customer service and manage relationships withdiverse customers.
Embody the Merkle vision and serve as a companyambassador.
Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for pitches and client work.
Oversee the architecture, development, and integration of the CRM &Loyalty platform, guiding the engineering team to deliver innovativesolutions that enhance customer engagement and align with thedomain’s business strategies and technical standards
