What you will do
Lead major DXP/CMS+ digital transformation programs as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders.
Define the digital vision, shape requirements and deliver successful outcomes across business and technology teams.
Drive digital platform strategies and roadmaps for large enterprise DXP/CMS+ ecosystems.
Lead and mentor other Product Owners, build and prioritize the business backlog with a clear focus on value creation.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications with the team.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to gather and refine requirements.
Advise C‑level stakeholders on digital opportunities, platform decisions and process optimisation.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Enterprise & Solution Architects, UX/design and Content teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
Act as a business leader and subject matter expert during pitches and client engagements.
Co‑coach and mentor other consultants, build effective teams and contribute to internal capability building.
Stay ahead of digital trends and bring relevant insights to clients.
What you bring
Extensive experience leading large DXP/CMS+ projects across platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Magnolia and Acquia.
Strong background in requirements engineering, including process modelling and functional specifications.
Proven ability to manage and influence C‑level stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly.
Experience working across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
Strong facilitation skills for workshops and co‑creation sessions.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, coach and mentor other consultants.
Deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms, content, UX/design and modern digital ecosystems.
Strategic, structured, and value‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills.

Competitive Salary: EUR 100,000 gross annual salary, with potential increase based on skills and experience.
