Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner / Principal Consultant DXP (Digital Experience Platforms) / DAM+ to lead major digital transformation programs and act as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders. The role involves defining digital vision, shaping requirements, and ensuring successful delivery across business and technology teams for one or more DXP products. Responsibilities
Drive digital platform strategies and roadmaps for large enterprise DXP / DAM+ ecosystems. Lead other Product Owners, define, create and prioritise the business backlog with a clear focus on value creation. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications with the team. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and refine requirements. Advise C‑level stakeholders on digital opportunities, platform decisions, and process optimisation. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Enterprise & Solution Architects, UX/design, and Content teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. Act as a business leader and subject matter expert in DXP and DAM+ during pitches and client engagements. Coach & mentor other consultants, build effective teams and contribute to internal capability building. Stay ahead of digital and DXP trends and bring relevant insights to clients. Qualifications
Professional fluency in English and German. Deep DXP / DAM+ expertise with strong consulting and product ownership skills. Extensive experience leading delivery of large DXP / DAM+ projects across multiple platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Magnolia, Acquia, Bynder, Cloudinary, etc.). Strong background in requirements engineering, process modelling and functional specifications. Proven ability to manage and influence C‑level stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly. Experience working across business and technical teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding. Strong facilitation skills for workshops and co‑creation sessions. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, coach and mentor other consultants. Deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms, content, UX/design and modern digital ecosystems. Strategic, structured and value‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills. Benefits
