Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the executive management team
- Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and business trips
- Prepare and follow up on meetings and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain and update databases and document management systems
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents
- Organize internal and external events
- Handle inquiries and correspondence, both internally and externally
- Manage office supplies and office infrastructure
- Perform general office coordination and organization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Initial professional experience in back office or executive assistance is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken), English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
