About the Project

Join us to develop advanced AI Agents that accelerate and improve the design and development of railway infrastructure. You’ll work on intelligent document processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and domain-specific agents to automate and enhance technical workflows in railway engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid Python programming foundation
• AI Agent development and orchestration using Llama-Index/Langchain
• Vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS etc and SQL/MongoDB
• Document and Data preprocessing with PyMuPDF, Docling, BeautifulSoup etc
• Data science tools: Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Tensorflow or Pytorch etc

Nice to Have

• HuggingFace ecosystem (transformers, sentence-transformers)
• LLM model finetuning
• Training reasoning models using GRPO
• Software tools: AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor), Git, Docker, Kubernetes
• Streamlit for rapid prototyping
• UI/UX knowledge with React, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web integration
• Clean code practices, debugging, and version control
• Fluency in English and B1 level German
