As AI Strategy Manager, you will shape enterprise-wide AI adoption at Merz Therapeutics across functions. You will develop the global AI strategy, governance, and portfolio while translating opportunities into scalable, compliant solutions. You will drive adoption and capability building, collaborating with Merz Group and diverse stakeholders to realize measurable value and impact. This role offers a chance to influence strategy, governance, and real-world healthcare outcomes at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and evolve the global AI strategy and roadmap
- Identify, assess and prioritize AI opportunities across functions and markets
- Advance the enterprise AI operating model, governance framework and standards
- Manage the enterprise AI portfolio including business case development, pilots, and scaling decisions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and Data & Analytics
- Drive adoption through learning initiatives, enablement programs and communities
- Represent Merz Therapeutics in Merz Group AI initiatives and foster knowledge sharing
- Define success metrics, measure adoption and business impact, and report on results and recommendations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Business, Digital, Technology, Data Science or a related field
- Several years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI, Strategy, Innovation or Management Consulting with enterprise AI or digital strategy experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, governance frameworks and responsible AI principles
- Proven success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and aligning senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills in an international environment
- Fluent English
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a highly regulated industry is an advantage
