Overview
In this leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning across a global outsourced network to ensure reliable patient supply. You will drive cross-functional alignment through S&OP/IBP, balance demand, supply, and inventory, and partner with CMOs and external stakeholders. You will lead a global planning organization, push digital transformation in planning, and manage risk to sustain product availability. This is an opportunity to shape supply chain strategy in a patient-focused, global specialty pharma setting.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead planning processes including S&OP and IBP to drive cross-functional alignment and performance
- Align demand forecasts, supply plans and business objectives
- Manage end-to-end supply planning across global CMOs
- Ensure reliable product supply via proactive risk and inventory management
- Drive short-term supply chain execution and issue resolution
- Build strong partnerships with CMOs and external supply chain partners
- Lead and develop a global planning organization
- Advance planning systems, analytics and digital transformation initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in relevant field (see required_education)
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
- Several years of leadership experience in supply chain planning
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or chemical & nutrition environments
- Strong expertise in S&OP, IBP and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP, planning solutions and reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
