Medical CRM Platform Specialist (m/f/d)

As our Medical CRM Platform Specialist (m/f/d) you play a pivotal role in the implementation of our Omnichannel Strategy. You are taking over the full responsibility for Veeva Vault Medical Suite as an integral part of our global customer platform which also includes CRM and Marketing applications. Together with your Global Medical Affairs counterpart you are providing a platform for our global and local Medical Affairs functions. In your role, you are bridging the gap between the medical team, the Veeva system and our IT support team.
