Overview
As the Business Process Owner for Order to Cash, you drive the global O2C landscape—from order capture to invoicing—across regions and functions. You align sales, supply chain and IT to ensure scalable, compliant processes that support growth. You lead design, standardization and digital transformation efforts (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), and you orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration to improve efficiency and customer experience. You’ll shape end‑to‑end process flows and governance in a global, shared service environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and govern the global order-to-cash process across order capture, management, fulfillment and billing
- Serve as central point of contact for process topics and drive regional alignment
- Design scalable, globally consistent order processing and fulfillment processes while honoring local needs
- Strengthen integration across sales, supply chain, customer service and IT systems
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Coordinate transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, automation, system integration)
- Contribute to end-to-end process flows across order capture, fulfillment and billing systems
- Support global process changes through stakeholder communication, training and adoption across regions
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT and BPO/shared service partners
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements within the O2C framework
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in business, supply chain, operations, information systems or related field
- Experience in order-to-cash environments with focus on order management, sales & distribution or supply chain processes
- Hands-on experience in operational O2C environments (order handling, fulfillment, customer service or logistics integration)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order processes and system integration (esp. SAP SD / S/4HANA) and translating business requirements into IT requirements
- Experience working across sales, operations, supply chain and IT in global or shared service setups
- Structured, analytical work style with ability to derive improvements from process insights
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus
- Fluency in English; German a plus
- CPIM / CSCP / CTSC certification is a plus
- Project management track record (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt)
