Area Manager (m/f/d) Region LATAM

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

As Area Manager (m/f/d) Region LATAM for our Distribution Partner Business, you will be responsible for achieving revenue and EBIT growth in the designated areas within the LATAM region through the implementation of sales, marketing, and commercial strategies. This involves optimizing existing product business, developing concepts and strategies to expand with distribution partners, and ensuring efficient launch of new products and services.

1. Define, analyze, and achieve annual budget targets.
2. Lead projects with regional representatives and partners to enhance business performance, including structuring P&L objectives aligned with corporate strategy.
3. Improve existing product positioning and services by analyzing KPIs and monitoring competitors.
4. Develop concepts to expand business across various markets and ensure efficient product launches and services for distribution partners.
5. Act as an interface between partners and Merz departments such as Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Marketing.
6. Lead, develop, and monitor distribution partners through regular reviews, network adjustments, and seeking new partners.
7. Collaborate on projects with third parties to enter new markets and launch new products.
8. Provide guidance for implementation, roll-out tracking, and compliance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong background in commerce and marketing with a higher education degree in business studies, management, or healthcare.
• Profound experience in a similar pharmaceutical role, ideally with knowledge of the LATAM region.
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, with project management skills.
• Result-driven, a team player, and an excellent communicator with negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, creative, and out-of-the-box thinking skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Intercultural skills and flexibility to travel.
