Technical Consultant Atlassian (Groovy, ScriptRunner) (m/f/d)

MESKRU GmbH is an Atlassian consultancy focused on Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management.

We build scalable platforms, automate processes and develop extensions where standard features fall short. As a Technical Consultant, you work directly with our clients and implement their requirements through configuration, automation and ScriptRunner. Our product team takes care of developing our own apps.

What you can expect

• Advising our clients on Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management, from requirements gathering to go-live
• Designing and configuring projects, workflows, permissions, fields and service desks
• Building automations with Jira Automation and ScriptRunner (Groovy)
• Planning and carrying out cloud migrations and Data Center upgrades
• Running workshops and training sessions for users and administrators
• Supporting existing clients and providing second-level support

What you bring

• A degree or vocational training in IT, or comparable professional experience
• Experience administering Jira and/or Confluence
• An understanding of business processes, ideally in ITSM, software development or project management
• A basic technical understanding of scripting, REST APIs and interfaces
• A confident manner with clients and enjoyment of workshops and presentations
• A structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
• Excellent German and English, and willingness to travel for occasional client meetings

Nice to have

• Experience with Groovy and ScriptRunner
• Experience with Assets and common Marketplace apps (e.g. Tempo, Xray)
• Knowledge of ITIL or agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Atlassian certifications are welcome
