Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to country teams in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Assist with business case approval and oversee financial calculations for project approvals by Finance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to empower employees with the skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage teams in generating continuous improvement ideas and executing related projects.
  • Present analysis results and strategic recommendations to the Europe Management and other stakeholders.
  • Organize Awards and Training Recognition.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Economics, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement projects and program management, process optimization, and/or related business or consulting roles.
  • Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Track record in managing change and transformation by engaging and training people and taking them along the journey.
  • Strong ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Excellent ability to evaluate projects, consider multiple perspectives, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding and application of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement management systems.
  • Sound knowledge of controlling & financial analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet).
  • Very strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English. An additional European language is a plus.
