The Key Account Manager CAS/OEM is responsible for managing and developing relationships with strategic customers like Mafell, Rothenberger, Cembre, Virax and so on to drive long-term business growth. This role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, like new product developments and projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts✓ Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers✓ Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue✓ Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts✓ Lead customer negotiations, pricing, and contract agreements✓ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, engineering)✓ Monitor customer performance, satisfaction, and retention✓ Resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions✓ Analyze market trends and customer activites as well as their competition✓ Receive and manage forcast, enter sales planning,✓ Handle order entry and secure fullfillment of orders✓ Forsee potential delivery issues and resolve them together with supply chain and manufacturing
