Principal Berater : in für Process Excellence

Due to growing demand for our digital assurance and analytics services we are seeking to hire an experienced digital consultant with a strong track record of delivering high impact data and analytics projects, preferably in the construction and engineering sector.

You will join a team based in our Munich office with responsibility for managing and growing our portfolio of clients across Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. This is an exciting time to join a recently formed and rapidly growing team. You will have diverse and interesting responsibilities including client facing consultancy, business generation and people development. You will instinctively recognize opportunity to drive productivity and improve our clients‘ outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Key Client Management

1. Be the key client contact on a major project and client account
2. Lead client engagements and provide technical delivery and assurance of projects

Service Delivery

1. Design, develop and deliver data-driven solutions in collaboration with clients and other business units to drive insights and performance
2. Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements and end-to-end data processes

Team Management

1. Development of the team and inspire them through commitment and enthusiasm
2. Foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance

Business Generation

1. Lead and contribute to business development activities and proposal writing
2. Identify and establish new relationships, whilst maintaining and developing existing relationships
3. Take knowledge or experience and translate into new ideas or solutions
4. Market appraisal and client needs
5. Opportunity and pursuit management
6. Proposals, bid preparation, client interviews and work winning

Qualifications

1. Business acumen – understanding the commercial market and using your knowledge to secure and extend business opportunities
2. Be adept at communicating, influencing and driving change
3. Experience of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL
4. Extensive experience in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView and Excel
5. Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service
6. Experience in quality assurance and change control
7. Experience in master data management, database management, data warehousing, data modelling and ETL concept
8. Sound understanding of technology infrastructure and implementation
9. Understanding of project controls tools and process
10. Knowledge of Building Information Modelling
11. Exposure to Digital Twin and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions
12. Degree educated or equivalent experience in a technical subject, e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.
