Technician

We are looking for a full-time technician, starting August 2026, to join a small team specialised in garage doors, automated gates, and civil protection shelters throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

We master four trades: locksmithing, mechanics, electricity, electronics.

You have training as a locksmith or mechanic, or solid experience in one of these fields.

You know how to diagnose a fault, understand why.

You have a category B driving licence and you master French.

Beyond the technical skills, here is what really matters.

You leave when the job is done, not when it’s time.

You don’t need us to explain things twice.

You like your day not to be the same as the previous one.

You are reliable and very punctual.

Experience with garage doors or automatic locking systems is an asset.

But if you don’t have it, we can work with someone who learns quickly and does well.

The daily routine What you will do.

Troubleshooting, maintenance and installation of garage doors and automated gates.

Minor locksmith work in addition to interventions.

Diagnosis and fault finding.

Adjustments, maintenance and commissioning of installations.

Interventions directly at clients’ premises, independently, with a quality and fully equipped vehicle.

What it really looks like: In the morning, you leave with your vehicle and your schedule.

You work at property management companies, owners, municipalities.

You diagnose, repair, check.

You leave when the problem is fixed.

In the evening, you know what you have done and you are proud of it.
