The role
As a Business Development Representative at Micropsi Industries, you will be the crucial link between our sales and marketing teams, directly representing our technology to potential clients. Your role involves not just following up on inbound leads but also actively identifying and reaching out to prospective customers in target industries. You’ll engage with decision-makers, understand their unique challenges, and convincingly demonstrate how our AI-driven robotics solutions can enhance their operations, driving both their success and our growth.
Responsibilities
- Research business opportunities and identify decision-makers on the customer side
- Qualify marketing leads by cold-calling, emailing, and social media
- Convert leads into sales demos and first customer visits, also take care of its organization and coordination
- Refine sales and marketing strategies based on interactions with prospects (e.g., sharpen customer profiles, provide feedback on the suitability of marketing channels, etc.)
- Leverage tools to automate outreach to customers (e.g., via Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate closely with the marketing & sales team
- Develop an understanding of our robotics solution and knowledge of its key features
Minimum Requirements
- Accomplished university degree (B.A / B. Sc.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English
- C2 proficiency in German and English is mandatory for this role
- Organizational talent and highly analytical, data-driven mindset
- High level of commitment, motivation, and ability to work independently
- First experience in marketing automation (via HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Understanding of marketing channels such as paid social, SEA, SEO, direct, etc.
