About us
Your mission:
- Perform remote and on-site commissioning of monitoring and control systems for utility-scale photovoltaic, BESS or hybrid power plants in Germany and internationally
- Collaborate closely with project management and take responsibility for the SCADA scope (plant control, monitoring, power control, grid integration)
- Coordinate technical requirements with customers, utilities, and grid operators to develop optimal solutions
- Tackle technical challenges with a solution-driven mindset and a passion for innovation
- Implement and help define network and cybersecurity measures
- Utilize PLCs and RTUs for protocol conversion, plant automation, power control, and other SCADA functionalities

Your profile:
- Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, automation technology, communications engineering, or a related field
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Strong interest in technical problem-solving and innovation
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Comfortable working in a project-based environment
- Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning tasks
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
