Your mission:
- Lead a software team developing the SCADA system
- Plan and coordinate software development activities
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Quality Assurance
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with product roadmap
- Guide the team through the software development process (IEC 62443-4-1)
- Support the team in solving technical challenges
- Develop the team and foster both technical and personal growth.
- Conduct feedback meetings
- Participate in the recruitment process
Your profile:
- 3+ years of experience as a team lead
- 3+ years in (embedded) software development
- Strong software development background
- Experience in agile software development
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on in industrial cybersecurity
- Bonus: Experience with SCADA, Knowledge in developing industrial software
