Your profile:
- Several years of experience as Business Partner People and Culture or comparable positions
- You have a sound understanding of central people processes (onboarding and offboarding, labor law, compensation & benefits, preparatory payroll accounting, etc.)
- You are keen to take on new and demanding challenges and work in a dynamic and international environment and are also enthusiastic about the administrative side of HR management
- English and German are a matter of course for you in your daily work
- You have a strong hands-on mentality paired with high quality standards
- You will fit in with us if you are a pragmatic type, can think “outside the box” and are no stranger to humor

Your mission:
- As a competent and proactive sparring partner, you advise colleagues and managers on all people management issues
- You take on the day-to-day operational business within your area of responsibility and accompany the entire employee life cycle with commitment and aplomb
- In coordination with our external payroll accountants, you are responsible for preparatory payroll accounting together with the People team
