To sustain our rapid growth, METEORIC is building out its core GTM operations from the ground up. By joining as our first GTM Engineer, you will bridge the gap between engineering and growth, designing the very architecture that scales our commercial engine. Without your expertise in custom integrations and CRM design, we cannot automate our pipeline or keep pace with our expanding operations.
What you'll do
Full ownership of our go-to-market channels and CRM systems to scale our operations and accelerate growth.
  • Design and implement a highly scalable, custom CRM architecture.
  • Build and maintain custom API integrations to connect our GTM tools.
  • Develop growth hacking workflows to optimize lead acquisition and funnel efficiency.
  • Own the technical roadmap for all marketing and sales enablement technology.
  • Collaborate directly with the team to ship automated solutions on a weekly rhythm.
What success looks like
  • Month 1: You will audit our current CRM architecture, align with your hiring manager on key growth channels, and shadow existing commercial workflows.
  • Month 2-3: You will ship your first custom API integrations and begin building a more robust, automated CRM foundation.
  • By end of Q1: You will have established a fully optimized, tool-agnostic GTM pipeline that reliably supports our weekly structured milestones.
