- Design and implement a highly scalable, custom CRM architecture.
- Build and maintain custom API integrations to connect our GTM tools.
- Develop growth hacking workflows to optimize lead acquisition and funnel efficiency.
- Own the technical roadmap for all marketing and sales enablement technology.
- Collaborate directly with the team to ship automated solutions on a weekly rhythm.
- Month 1: You will audit our current CRM architecture, align with your hiring manager on key growth channels, and shadow existing commercial workflows.
- Month 2-3: You will ship your first custom API integrations and begin building a more robust, automated CRM foundation.
- By end of Q1: You will have established a fully optimized, tool-agnostic GTM pipeline that reliably supports our weekly structured milestones.
