A 100% CPS/CAFF BENEFITS MANAGER (M/F) Your duties: Affiliation to professional compensation funds and CAFFSupport and inform insured persons when applying for affiliation to CAFF; Inform companies regarding their questions about CPS benefits.
Monitoring and processing files Create and enter applications, verify supporting documents and ensure correct application of benefit calculations.
Issue decisions, payments and disbursements of conventional social benefits and/or family allowances.
Correspondence and telephone enquiries with companies or CAFF beneficiaries.
With other departments Collaboration with other internal departments; Communicate issues to CPS and CAFF fund administrators; Participation in various meetings.
Legislative and legal monitoring Follow regulatory and legislative developments: CCT and AF and CPSReflection, implementation, application and communication on regulatory changes Projects Participate in updating and developing the internal IT system.
