- Actively participate in the development and implementation of a strategic sales and marketing plan to expand our client portfolio and consolidate our market presence.
- Conduct market research: Target group analysis, competitive analysis, and identification of trends.
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns in coordination with management, including media selection and creative development.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by understanding individual client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify market opportunities, assess sales potential, and develop strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead contract and price negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including media relations, press releases, and media inquiries, to consistently execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, challenges, emerging opportunities, and customer feedback.
- Quickly resolve customer disputes, complaints, and challenges.
- Handle support: manage hotline, email support, and telcos.
- Manage active feedback: collect and analyze customer reviews, suggestions for improvement, and complaints.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
- Experience in market research, including target group and competitive analysis.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement promotional campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and customer service.
- Confidence in contract and price negotiations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including media communication.
- Experience in patent and software licensing sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- High customer orientation and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict management.
- Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
- Independent and goal-oriented approach to work.
Technical skills:
- Confident in the use of common CRM and marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Languages:
- Fluent in German (spoken and written).
