We are working with a leading independent commercial real estate investment specialist in Germany, focused on office and logistics assets. The company manages 75+ properties with a multi-billion-euro market value across three offices. It offers flat hierarchies, deep expertise and a high degree of ownership in an entrepreneurial, international team.
The role
- Independently manage a portfolio of commercial properties (office and/or logistics)
- Develop and execute leasing strategies and negotiate lease agreements
- Steer and monitor refurbishment and modernisation projects with external service providers
- Prepare and track asset-level budgets and cash flows
- Report to investors and senior management
- Develop and implement ESG strategies at asset and portfolio level
- Support the investment team on acquisitions and disposals (leasing assumptions)
- Collaborate with the team lead on cross-portfolio projects
The profile
- Degree in business administration, real estate economics, economics or civil engineering
- 3+ years’ experience as an investment/asset manager or commercial broker (office/logistics)
- Proven leasing track record in commercial real estate
- Structured, conceptual way of working; confident with MS Office
- Fluent English (essential); willingness to travel within Germany
- Self-motivated, resilient and hands-on, with strong communication and presentation skills
