We have partnered with a global Elite Boutique investment bank looking to expand their Renewables & Clean Energy M&A and Project Finance team with a Vice President or Director hire due to deal flow.
The team is fully ingrained in the energy market and is at the forefront of the rapidly evolving sector, advising the leading funds, developers, and corporates on transformative transactions in classic renewable energy, clean tech, and related sectors.
Ideal Background:
- 6+ years of Project Finance and/or M&A
- Strong track record of end-to-end execution experience of M&A/Project Finance/Debt Advisory transactions in the renewables sectors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to maintain and develop an already very strong client base with leading funds, corporates, and developers
