I'm working on a retained search for a Senior Product Manager to join an innovative AI business operating at the intersection of technology and life sciences.
The role will lead the development and growth of an AI-powered product, taking it from early-
stage development towards commercial scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, vision and roadmap.
- Lead product development from early-stage through to product-market fit.
- Work closely with customers to understand needs and drive adoption.
- Prioritise development across technical and scientific teams.
- Support commercialisation and go-to-market strategy.
- Align cross-functional teams around product priorities and business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B product management experience.
- Experience taking products from early development through to commercial traction.
- Background in AI/ML-powered products.
- Strong customer discovery, prioritisation and decision-making skills.
- Experience working across technical, scientific and commercial teams.
- Experience within life sciences, healthcare or scientific technology would be advantageous.
