IAM Product Owner Identity and Access Management mfd

This role is part of a team responsible for establishing Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities across METRO AG to protect digital assets and ensure authorized access to critical resources. The team is key to improving METRO AG\’s Information Security maturity and managing security risks within the organization\’s risk appetite.

As an IAM Product Management Professional, you will act as a liaison between technical teams including METRO.digital and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of IAM objectives with business goals. You will oversee the development, maintenance, and strategic direction of the IAM platform, defining its vision, prioritizing features, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with Compliance and Information Security standards.

Qualifications :

• Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products focusing on Identity Governance and Administration and Access Management.
• Strong collaboration skills to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements translating them into actionable product features and capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the development and improvement process with experience in overseeing product development, particularly in IAM.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security compliance, and usability. Proactive problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent documentation skills in creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials for IAM products.
• Effective communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and METRO.digital infrastructure teams.
• Sound technical understanding and affinity to Cyber Security.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management within a technology or IAM-focused environment.
